Queries to the MPW Database

Note: this database is no longer updated by Integrated Genomics. A new pathway database is created which is integrated with the ERGO system.

This page demonstrates our emering interface to MPW using the PostgreSQL database backend (a.k.a. postgres). I will try to hide as much as possible of the SQL mechanics behind the interface, leaving just enough to understand what is happening. Please refer to select/reject query model for the explanation of possible difficulties associated with relational representation of the pathways.
